If you like solving problems, meeting new people, and you’re eager to jump into IT support as your first step, we want to hear from you.
What you will do (responsibilities)
- You'll be the main tech person on the floor. Fix daily hardware and software problems on computers, phones, and printers.
- When remote fixes don't work, you jump in to help people face-to-face. Your job is to keep things running smoothly and try to close tickets the same day.
- You'll also set up machines, get new hires online with the right access, and run basic network cables.
- If there are system upgrades or we have unexpected outages, you'll work with the global network and engineering teams. You'll help them find problems on-site.
- Keep a good record of all our tech gear and hardware. Make sure everything follows our security rules and company guidelines for keeping info safe.
Qualifications:
- We're looking for someone with 0-2 years in IT help desk or tech support. Fresh grads with an internship and solid tech background are totally welcome.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or something similar works, but honestly, hands-on experience and a knack for fixing computers counts too.
- You should know Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking stuff cables, routers, IP addresses. Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Fundamentals are a bonus, but a real willingness to learn on the job is even better.
- Good English and Arabic communication is key; you need to explain tech issues to people who don't know tech.
- A positive attitude and staying calm under pressure are important, plus being a team player with integrity.
- You'll also need to be okay with rotating shifts, including weekends, because our site runs 24/7.
