Senior Business Analyst

Multiple Senior Business Analysts - Digital Health
Location: Brisbane, QLD or ACT
Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement of digital platforms, vendor onboarding processes, and system integrations within a complex and fast-paced technology environment.
This role will see you working across multiple stakeholders, systems, and business processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline workflows, and support the delivery of key digital services. You will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analysing business needs, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting the integration of enterprise platforms and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across complex technology and digital initiatives.
• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations to define business needs and desired outcomes.
• Develop process maps, user stories, requirements documentation, business cases and functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis, process reviews and business process redesign activities.
• Analyse system integration requirements and identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support solution design, implementation activities and organisational change initiatives.

About You You are a proactive and analytical Business Analyst who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving business problems through collaboration, process improvement and technology-enabled solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated Business Analysis experience within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and process mapping skills.
• Experience conducting gap analysis, business process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse complex business and technical problems and provide practical recommendations.
• Experience managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written documentation and presentation skills.

Highly Desirable

• Experience within healthcare, digital health, government or regulated environments.
• Exposure to software onboarding, certification, assurance or conformance programs.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of system integrations, interoperability and API-driven environments.
• Experience supporting workflow automation and process optimisation initiatives.
