Position: Front Desk Customer Service / Clerical Associate

Location: Katy, TX 77494

Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour + Weekly Pay

Hours: Part-Time (21 – 25 Hours / Week)

Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

    (Must have a flexible overall schedule for potential additional hours)

Core Personnel Staffing Services has partnered with a premier hospitality brand in Katy, TX to immediately hire a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Customer Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Guest Check-In: Welcome guests warmly, process check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.

  • Administrative & Clerical Tasks: Manage incoming phone calls, perform data entry, update guest records, and handle basic billing procedures.

  • Reservation Management: Assist guests with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations.

  • Workspace Upkeep: Keep the front desk and lobby reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Schedule Availability: Must be available to work the required shifts (Tuesday 2 PM – 11 PM; Saturday & Sunday 8 AM – 12 PM) and maintain flexibility for additional hours as needed.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. (Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required!)

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using computers, basic office software, and multi-line phone systems.

  • Customer-First Mindset: Dependable, punctual, and passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality and service.
