Project Manager, IME

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects across the full delivery lifecycle within a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

This role will take ownership of projects from initial scope and planning through execution and delivery, ensuring key initiatives are completed on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management

• Own and manage multiple projects across the complete project lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Drive project execution while ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, scope and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage project changes and ensure continued alignment on scope, priorities and business objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the central point of coordination across functions involved in project delivery.
• Partner closely with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, business teams and external vendors.
• Align stakeholders around project priorities, timelines, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional blockers, conflicts and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Establish effective project governance and maintain clear visibility of project status and deliverables.
• Prepare regular project reports, dashboards and executive updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, reviews and other relevant project-management forums.
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions, actions, risks and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Influence stakeholders across the organisation to drive accountability and successful execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
• Approximately 6–8 years of Product Management and/or Project Management experience, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through implementation.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, project priorities and delivery milestones.
• Strong understanding of business IT systems with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
