What you’ll do

Convert referred opportunities into completed life insurance policies, while ensuring clients receive clear, balanced General Advice and enough education to make informed decisions without feeling rushed or pressured.

You'll conduct outbound General Advice conversations with referred clients, explaining insurance types, product differences, and underwriting considerations. You'll provide quotes, map out next steps, and assist clients in completing applications, including medical questionnaires where required.

Manage cases through underwriting, medical requirements, and suspense, following up proactively to keep cases progressing. You'll maintain accurate advice and client records and operate within General Advice and internal compliance requirements.
