Production Expeditor
Schedule: Monday - Friday between 7:00 - 5:00pm
Location: Hybrid - In office for training. After training is completed in office 1-2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with vendors/suppliers to ensure POs are on schedule
- Track and expedite shipments, materials, and documentation
- Coordinate with:
- Project Management
- Engineering
- Procurement
- Suppliers & Logistics teams
- Monitor delivery risks and project timelines
- Support shipping execution and milestone tracking
- Maintain accurate records using systems like Kronos (timekeeping)
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in:
- Logistics / Shipping / Expediting / Supply Chain
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong:
- Communication
- Organization
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments
