🔧 The Role
You’ll be joining a high-energy outbound team focused on converting warm opportunities into active customers.
- Engage inbound and warm leads through phone and email, following a structured multi-touch cadence
- Take ownership of daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals
- Quickly understand how each business uses music, positioning the right solution with confidence
- Keep CRM pipelines clean and up to date, managing follow-ups and conversions end-to-end
- Collaborate with onboarding, analytics and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
