Site Supervisor - Custom Homes - Developments

You’ll be joining a well‑established design & construct builder with a strong pipeline, a reputation for quality, and a genuinely supportive team culture.
They deliver everything from bespoke single and double‑storey homes to multi‑unit developments — and they’re looking for a capable supervisor who takes pride in doing things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of residential and medium‑density projects from start to finish
• Overseeing single, double‑storey and multi‑unit builds
• Managing trades, suppliers, scheduling and site coordination
• Ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, NCC and Australian Standards
• Keeping quality high at every stage of the build
• Coordinating inspections, certifications and handovers
• Monitoring programs and reporting progress
• Managing defects with a solutions‑focused approach
• Driving WHS standards across all sites
• Communicating clearly with internal teams, clients and stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in residential building
• Strong background in medium‑density and two‑storey projects
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and residential build methodology
• Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and local authority requirements
• Excellent organisation, leadership and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple sites without dropping the ball
• Current driver’s licence
