Supporter Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Supporter Care Coordinator to join a well-respected not-for-profit organisation based in North Sydney. About the Role
As the first point of contact for donors and supporters, you'll play a vital role in delivering a positive supporter experience while providing essential administrative support to the fundraising team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound phone and email enquiries from donors and supporters
• Conducting outbound follow-up communications
• Making welcome calls to new supporters and donors
• Processing donations and receipting
• Preparing and sending thank you letters, welcome packs and supporter communications
• Maintaining accurate supporter records and database updates
• Supporting day-to-day administration within the fundraising team

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, supporter care, fundraising administration or a similar role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• A warm, professional and empathetic approach when dealing with supporters
• Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM databases, with Raiser's Edge experience highly desirable
