An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a respected global organisation on a 3-6 month temporary contract.
Working as part of a high-performing People & Culture team, you will partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused HR support and drive positive people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide trusted HR advice and support to leaders across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Coach and influence leaders to build people management capability and support effective decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, correspondence, and case management records.
- Support organisational change initiatives and employee communications.
- Assist with wellbeing, leave management, and return-to-work activities.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and broader people initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience and business outcomes.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or equivalent role.
- Strong employee relations and case management expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people and business needs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience within a corporate, professional services, or complex organisational environment will be highly regarded.
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice.
