Role 
This role would suit someone currently working within an architectural practice in a hybrid architecture/interiors capacity who is looking to transition into a more interiors-focused position. It would also be well suited to a candidate from an interior fit-out or workplace design company

• Lead the design and delivery of commercial, workplace, hospitality and retail projects from concept through to completion including site observation. 
• Develop creative design concepts and presentation material aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare detailed design documentation using Revit or ArchiCAD. 
• Manage projects through all design phases, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating workshops, presentations and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Review and maintain drawing quality, specifications and documentation standards.
• Manage FF&E schedules, procurement coordination and supplier relationships where required. 

Requirements 

• Previous NZ interior design experience is a must. 
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to run a project from start to finish and have client contact. 
• Working a across a range of sectors including workplace, retail and hospitality.  
• Ability to produce renders using Enscape.  
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and documentation skills.
• Being able to work automesly with the support of the other studios for documentation.
