The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of new business generation, pipeline strategy and deal conversion, supported by a strong product suite, established brand and national team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
  • Build, manage and convert a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations, solution presentations and commercial negotiations
  • Engage senior decision makers and position value based solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and strong CRM discipline
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and long term client success

Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B business development or new business sales
  • Strong track record of revenue generation and quota achievement
  • Brings the right attitude, commercial drive and determination to win new business
  • Commercially driven with a disciplined, structured approach to pipeline management
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Resilient, self directed and comfortable owning a territory
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, fleet, logistics or subscription based solutions highly regarded
