We are currently partnering with a number of well-established civil contractors delivering major infrastructure projects across Queensland. Due to continued project wins and strong pipelines of work, we are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join their teams on a full-time basis.

These are opportunities to work on , urban, roads, utilities, and large-scale civil construction projects with contractors known for strong leadership and long-term project pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities on site
  • Supervising subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials to maintain programme
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Running pre-starts, toolboxes, and ensuring SWMS and permits are in place
  • Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to drive project delivery
  • Managing quality assurance and compliance with WHS standards
Typical Scope of Works
  • Bulk earthworks
  • Drainage and services installation
  • Road and pavement construction
  • Concrete structures and foundations
  • Utilities and subdivision works
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman, or Leading Hand
  • Background across transport infrastructure, utilities, or major civil projects
  • Strong ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors
  • Solid understanding of safety, programme delivery, and quality standards
