Clarity Partners is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the Perth-based team and provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.
The HR Advisor will provide practical and commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is a broad generalist position, offering the opportunity to work closely with leaders and employees across the business while contributing to key people initiatives, employee relations and organisational development.
What You’ll Do
- Provide practical HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle
- Manage employee relations, performance and workplace matters
- Advise on employment conditions, policies and relevant legislation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and remuneration processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Contribute to HR projects, policies and people initiatives
- Partner with managers to address workforce needs and provide solutions
- Promote a positive, professional and high-performing workplace
- Collaborate with the broader HR team and key stakeholders
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
- Experience within the mining, resources, engineering, construction or another complex operational environment
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practices
- Confidence managing employee relations and performance matters
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- A commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
- A professional, discreet and approachable manner
