FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of Marketing Specialist – Agri for our own FRS Co-Op.

Today, we’re a multi-sector co-op delivering innovative solutions across Agri, Employment, Fencing and Government, combining local expertise, technology and collaboration to help our customers succeed.

This is a fixed term, 12 month, contract role with a WFH model where the candidate is required to complete 2 days in office – located in Roscrea, Tipperary.

The Marketing Specialist will work in a team of skilled and experienced marketeers to define our marketing strategy and drive business growth. The role involves understanding our key customer groups to proactively deliver our marketing strategy for each of our businesses - FRS Fencing, FRS Farm Services, FRS Training, FRS Recruitment, FRS Contract Services & Turas Nua.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the cooperative’s goals.
  • Align marketing efforts with key customer segments: Farm (Agri & Fencing), Business (Fencing & Employment) and Government.
  • Ensure a data-driven approach to marketing, leveraging analytics to track performance and optimise campaigns.
  • Work closely with business unit leaders to identify growth opportunities and create targeted marketing plans.
  • Provide clear visibility on marketing activity and communication plans across the organisation.
  • Ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives through structured processes and tools to manage demand from all business units effectively.
  • Revenue Growth – Marketing-driven incremental sales pipeline contribution.
  • Customer Engagement & Cross-sell – Increase in customer engagement levels, improved repeat sale & cross-sell rates.
  • Brand Awareness & Engagement – Measured through website traffic, social media growth and PR reach.

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Previous similar experience in a marketing role, preferably in Agri or B2B.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools and automation platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding and familiarity with the agri industry
