An established oncology team is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to add to their growing team.
Practice for this reputable, not-for-profit hospital and live in a scenic southern Oregon mountain town - an ideal haven for outdoor enthusiasts! This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a practice focused on patient outcomes rather than churn-and-burn corporate volumes.
The Opportunity:
• Outpatient practice with occasional inpatient phone consults
• 4-Day Work Week - 4 Clinic Days and 1 Dedicated Administrative Day
• Medical Directorship with stipend available for experienced candidates if desired
• $675,000 Total Compensation Potential - Base Salary + Quarterly Productivity Bonus and Engagement-Based Bonus Incentives
• $100,000 Sign-on Bonus/Retention Bonus and additional Relocation Assistance
• Qualify for public student loan forgiveness
