  • You will serve as the contract management expert supporting complex, high-value equipment and services agreements that are critical to project success.
  • Your work will ensure suppliers deliver against contractual obligations while mitigating risk and maintaining compliance across multiple stakeholders.
  • You will drive successful negotiations that deliver cost savings, operational efficiencies, and favorable commercial outcomes.
  • By partnering closely with Project Managers, you will help keep capital projects moving forward through effective contract administration and change management.
  • Your ability to proactively identify and resolve contract issues will directly support project timelines, supplier performance, and business objectives.
  • This role plays a key part in supporting infrastructure investments that enhance reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence across the organization.
 
The Background That Fits
  • 5+ years of experience in Contract Management, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or related commercial roles supporting complex agreements.
  • Experience negotiating, redlining, and administering high-value contracts, purchase orders, and commercial terms from initiation through closeout.
  • Background supporting capital projects or equipment procurement within utilities, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, energy, construction, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Project Management, Operations, and suppliers.
  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience reviewing contractual language, managing change orders, claims, disputes, and supplier performance throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Self-starters who enjoy solving problems independently and thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments will be particularly successful in this role.
