The Background That Fits
- 5+ years of experience in Contract Management, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or related commercial roles supporting complex agreements.
- Experience negotiating, redlining, and administering high-value contracts, purchase orders, and commercial terms from initiation through closeout.
- Background supporting capital projects or equipment procurement within utilities, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, energy, construction, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Project Management, Operations, and suppliers.
- Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Experience reviewing contractual language, managing change orders, claims, disputes, and supplier performance throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Self-starters who enjoy solving problems independently and thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments will be particularly successful in this role.
