We’re looking for experienced Heavy Machine Operators to join a leading Queensland civil contractor specialising in subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and road construction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled operators across excavators, water carts, rollers, loaders, and Moxys who are seeking consistent, long-term work with opportunities to grow into higher roles.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Operating heavy machinery for bulk earthworks, trenching, road boxing, pit & pipe, site prep and clean-up
  • Daily operation of excavators, water carts, rollers, loaders, or Moxys depending on site requirements
  • Assisting crews and trades to complete civil works safely and efficiently
  • Typical hours: 6am–5pm, 5–6 days per week
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience operating civil plant and equipment (excavator, water cart, roller, etc.)
  • White Card and reliable licence and transport (some sites remote)
  • VOC or plant tickets for relevant machines
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
