We’re looking for experienced Heavy Machine Operators to join a leading Queensland civil contractor specialising in subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and road construction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled operators across excavators, water carts, rollers, loaders, and Moxys who are seeking consistent, long-term work with opportunities to grow into higher roles.

- Career progression into leading hand or site supervisor roles
- Operating heavy machinery for bulk earthworks, trenching, road boxing, pit & pipe, site prep and clean-up
- Daily operation of excavators, water carts, rollers, loaders, or Moxys depending on site requirements
- Assisting crews and trades to complete civil works safely and efficiently
- Typical hours: 6am–5pm, 5–6 days per week
- Proven experience operating civil plant and equipment (excavator, water cart, roller, etc.)
- White Card and reliable licence and transport (some sites remote)
- VOC or plant tickets for relevant machines
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
