Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with a passion for quality and continuous improvement? We are seeking a Quality Specialist to support manufacturing operations by performing inspections, verifying product quality, and ensuring products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and company standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform incoming, first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Verify products meet engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Use calipers, micrometers, profilometers, gauges, and tape measures.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Issue and manage NCRs.
- Participate in CAPA and root cause analysis.
- Support ISO 9001 requirements.
- Partner with production to resolve quality issues.
- Perform outbound dock audits.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2+ years manufacturing quality experience.
- Blueprint reading.
- Precision measuring experience.
- Associate degree, ISO 9001, Lean and metal fabrication experience preferred.
