We're urgently looking for a strong Dynamics 365 Delivery Manager for an upcoming Federal Government CRM implementation.

We're not looking for a generic Delivery Manager or Scrum Master.

We need someone who has actually delivered Dynamics 365 CRM projects (End-to-End), understands the difference between configuration and customisation, can work closely with the business on requirements and is comfortable taking ownership of delivery.

You'll lead a small specialist team covering Dynamics functional/configuration, development, QA/testing and data.

Must have:
  • Dynamics 365 CRM/CE delivery experience
  • End-to-end project delivery
  • PM + BA + Agile/Scrum capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Strong scope management
  • OOTB/configuration-first Dynamics understanding
  • Australian Government delivery experience
  • Active Baseline clearance or higher
  • Canberra availability, 3 days onsite
Nice to have:
  • Power Platform
  • Dataverse
  • Azure DevOps
  • Dynamics Customer Service/Case Management
  • DEWR / DESE / Education
  • JSA / NESM experience would be highly regarded
This would particularly suit an experienced Dynamics Functional Lead/Consultant who has moved into Delivery Management and still understands the platform well enough to lead and challenge both business and technical teams.
