EQUIP People is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our busy Palmerston North client on a fixed term assignment till the beginning of 2027.

What you'll be doing:
- Processing customer orders and quotes
- Managing pricing and invoicing
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating deliveries and schedules
- Supporting customers with updates and issue resolution
- General administration and data entry
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Strong communication skills
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing or building-related industries is helpful but not essential
- Fixed-term role covering maternity leave
- October start
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
