Core Responsibilities:
• Media Planning & Development, Implementation & Measurement:
Collaborate with the media agency to lead the development of outstanding consumer and HCP media strategies. Participate in the annual brand planning process, including the development of media objectives, channel strategy, channel mix, and measurement plan. Continuously challenge the status quo and strive for improved plan performance. Ensure the consistent application of media return on investment, historical performance, and consumption insights across touchpoints and channels to drive revenue growth.
• Leadership and Influence:
Lead and influence decision-making cross-functionally by developing data-driven media strategies that lead to positive customer experiences. Prepare and present recommendations.
• Agency Management:
Effectively manage media agency relationships. Establish clear expectations (both ways) for the client-agency partnership. Build relationships with agency leads to deliver customer-oriented strategy and tactics. Develop action plans as needed based on regular partnership evaluations.
• Financial Management:
Track and manage the budget across all channels, including reconciliation. Provide updates to brand teams and offer recommendations for trade-offs as necessary.
• Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all consumer and HCP marketing guidelines, good promotional practices, privacy policies, and other applicable policies and procedures.
