- Orientation rate: flat rate of $500.00 for 4 hours or less of orientation. For orientations that go longer than 4 hours, the flat rate will be $1,000.

- September 21 @ 4p – September 24 @ 7a
- September 29 @ 7a – October 3 @ 7a
- October 6 @ 7a - October 10 @ 7a
- October 16 @ 7a - October 17 @ 12p
- October 23 @ 7a - October 24 @ 7a
- October 27 @ 7a - October 29 @ 7a
- October 30 @ 7a - October 31 @ 7a
- November 1 @ 7a - November 5 @ 7a
- November 6 @ 7a - November 8 @ 12p
- November 24 @ 7a - December 1 @ 7a
- December 22 @ 7a - December 27 @ 7a
o Clinic schedule (days and hours) Monday- Thursday 730am-430pm / Friday 730am-noon
o Clinic Volume: ?2 patients per hour depending on length of appointment
o Clinical support: Nurse Practitioner, 3 Nurses scheduled per shift
o Cases/Procedures:
Suction D&C
Laparoscopy
Read NST’s
C/Sections
Circumcisions
Tubal Ligations
o EMR and Dictation Tools:
- EPIC/Dragon
o Required experience, training, and certifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
o Case Logs: Case/Patient Logs to show 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months
o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
- Will consider IMLC
o Credentialing Timeframe:
- Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
