Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the delivery of core HR functions across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement
- Assist with the coordination and administration of recruitment processes and candidate experiences
- Contribute to the management of employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and absence management processes
- Assist with performance management processes and career development initiatives
- Help manage employee queries and provide timely, professional HR support
- Collaborate with team members on immigration and compliance-related activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes using digital tools and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least two years’ relevant HR experience (level dependent on experience)
- A professional HR qualification would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- A proactive mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and learning
