What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling
- Proficiency with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience with manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
- Ability to collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Sales teams
- Experience with ERP systems and managing workflow within production environments
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and production needs
