Role Overview
This is a rare opportunity to join a high performing organisation during a period of exceptional growth. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of key Home Lending products, with a strong emphasis on product governance, regulatory compliance, obligations, risk management and execution.
  
You will ensure products continue to meet customer needs whilst maintaining robust governance frameworks, overseeing regulatory obligations and delivering strategic product initiatives across the Home Lending portfolio.
  
Working within a high-performing Product team, you will partner closely with Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations to deliver complex initiatives, manage competing priorities and ensure products remain compliant, commercially competitive and operationally effective.
  
This opportunity would suit an experienced Home Lending Product professional who enjoys operating in complex regulated environments and has a proven track record of delivering product outcomes whilst balancing commercial objectives, customer experience and regulatory requirements, someone with a legal, risk, compliance and regulatory background is highly sought after.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of key Home Lending products throughout their lifecycle
• Lead strategic product initiatives from inception through to delivery and implementation
• Drive product governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, internal policies and risk frameworks
• Maintain product documentation, governance artefacts and approval processes
• Partner with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to manage regulatory change and product obligations
• Balance customer outcomes, commercial objectives and regulatory requirements when making product decisions
• Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend strategic enhancements
• Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Operations and senior leadership teams to successfully deliver complex initiatives
• Operate effectively within a fast-paced, highly regulated and delivery-focused environment

  
Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated Product Management experience within Home Lending – must have
• Proven experience managing product governance, regulatory obligations and risk frameworks – must have
• Strong understanding of Home Loan products within a regulated financial services environment
• Experience delivering complex product initiatives from strategy through to implementation
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer outcomes, risk and business priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong understanding of product governance, documentation and approval processes
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments
• Legal qualifications or a background in law will be highly regarded
