We are currently seeking experienced Tube Fitters to join a major Oil and Gas construction project in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a world-class LNG development while being part of a high-performing and safety-focused team.

We are encouraging Plumbers, Mechanical Fitters, and Instrument Fitters with knowledge and experience in Tubing to apply. If you have a particular interest in Tube Fitting, this one's for you!

Details of employment: 
  • Approximately $16,668.21 - $18,761.43/swing gross.
  • Max Term contract
  • 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster - fly home on your 21st day 
  • 68-hour work week
  • 6+ months worth of job
  • Flights are provided from any capital city in Australia
  • Industry-leading modern camp facilities
Key Responsibilities:
    • Assembly and installation of Gyrolok compression fittings
    • Installation, assembly and fit-up of instrumentation tubing systems
    • Fabrication, bending, cutting and preparation of stainless-steel tubing using hand and hydraulic tube benders 
    • Installation of hydraulic, pneumatic and process tubing systems
    • Pressure testing and leak testing activities, including identification and rectification of defects
    • Reading and interpreting P&IDs, isometric drawings and engineering specifications
    • Conducting pressure testing, leak testing and quality inspections
Qualifications and Experience required: 
  • Mechanical Fitter / Plumbing / Instrumentation Trade Certificate
  • Gyrolok experienced preferred, Swagelok and Parker are considered
  • Minimum 3-5 years of tube fitting experience required, LNG exposure preferred
  • Familiarity with LNG materials such as 316/316L stainless steel, duplex, or similar
  • High Risk Work License (preferred)
  • Working at Heights certification (within the last 3 years)
  • White Card
  • HR, EWP, and Forklift (highly desirable)
