A well-established healthcare organization in south-central Alaska is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join its inpatient behavioral health team.


This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist looking for a hospital-employed position with flexible scheduling, strong APP support, and the option to take on a Medical Director role. The position is primarily adult-focused, with occasional adolescent patients.

  • Hospital-employed psychiatry position
  • Inpatient behavioral health

  • Choice of schedule:
    • 7 days on / 7 days off, or
    • Monday through Friday
  • Supported by three advanced practice providers
  • Inpatient-focused role with plans to expand outpatient services
