Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and validate business process requirements with banking stakeholders.
- Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Act as the link between business teams and the delivery team, translating needs clearly on both sides.
- Work autonomously across multiple concurrent priorities without close supervision.
- Support requirements definition within a Salesforce delivery environment (functional, not technical).
- Build strong working relationships directly with client stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
- Strong process analysis and mapping skills; process-focused rather than deeply technical.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, comfortable working directly with clients.
- Self-starter: autonomous, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
- Exposure to Salesforce environments highly advantageous (functional exposure, not technical build experience required).
- Auckland based, available for banking sector engagements.
