Job Title: Entry Level Import Coordinator
Job Location: Medley
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $20/hr 8am-4pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Process import documentation using the ASCI program.
• Prepare and process inbound shipment documents, including ISF filings and 214, 3461, and 7501 entries for our FTZ zone.
• Create new inventory items and maintain accurate records by updating missing or pending information.
• Classify inventory and maintain HTS codes to support import and export compliance.
• Review and update purchase orders with ETD and ETA details as needed.
• Track and monitor the status of all inbound shipments.
