Job Purpose:
The Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) serves as the post-sale owner of client execution and experience, ensuring the seamless conversion of approved estimates into successfully delivered projects. This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Client, and Production, providing structured coordination, disciplined communication, and operational alignment.
The EAM is accountable for end-to-end client communication starting with estimate requests or generation, maintaining continuity, protecting expectations, and ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and quality standards. This role also oversees client program onboarding and implementation for complex Brandstash Storefront setups, Boombox direct mail campaigns, complex WF installations, and new program rollouts, ensuring successful launches, operational readiness, and alignment across all internal and client-facing stakeholders.
In parallel, the role drives organic revenue expansion within assigned enterprise and house accounts by leveraging historical project data, identifying new opportunities, and positioning Southeastern Printing’s full suite of capabilities.
This position is critical in transforming transactional engagements into recurring, relationship-driven revenue streams.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring a smooth transition from Business Development.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Translate CSR production updates into clear, proactive client communication
Manage timelines, expectations, and delivery commitments
Identify risks early and drive resolution while maintaining client confidence
Maintain client confidence by delivering on commitments and following through without fail.
Gather, organize, and validate all project details, specifications, and requirements from clients.
Work with clients and internal teams to ensure all necessary information, assets, and approvals are in place prior to production.
Interpret client requirements and translate them into accurate scopes and pricing assumptions.
Partner with Estimating on complex, custom, or large-scale projects requiring advanced analysis.
Ensure all project information is complete, accurate, and properly documented before handoff.
Act as the gatekeeper of all project’s due dates, establishing timelines, confirming feasibility, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Transition fully defined and approved projects to Client Services for execution with Production.
Provide clear, complete job instructions and expectations to ensure a seamless handoff.
Maintain visibility into project progress while allowing Client Services to manage day-to-day production coordination.
Step in to support issue resolution, escalations, or client communication as needed.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling services.
Support Business Development efforts by assisting with presentations, RFPs, and onboarding of new clients.
Monitor market activity and relevant media to identify potential prospects and new opportunities.
Clearly articulate the company’s full suite of services and value propositions to clients and prospects.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support marketing and fulfillment programs, including:
Campaign execution (e.g., marketing automation platforms)
Product demos and platform walkthroughs
Sample coordination and distribution
Work closely with Estimating, Planning, Production, and Client Services teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Improve internal and external processes to streamline workflows and enhance client experience.
Act as the internal advocate for the client, ensuring their needs are represented while aligning solutions with operational capacity and profitability objectives.
Ensure projects align with profitability goals and client budgets.
Monitor account health, project performance, and key metrics. Align with Business Development for regularly scheduled client business reviews.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience In: > 3-5 years’ experience in account management, project management, or business development (commercial print industry preferred)
Knowledge
Strong understanding of client relationship management and the ability to effectively support and communicate with diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with commercial printing, direct mail, marketing services, fulfillment, or supply chain solutions is desirable, but not required
Exceptional communication skills, clear, concise, and professional in both written and verbal interactions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Proficiency with project management, workflow, and ERP systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, communication, and workflow efficiency

Due the nature of print and print Client needs, problem solving and decision making during the sales and print process is necessary on a regular basis.
