Project Manager – Level IV (Juno Beach, FL)

Pay Rate: $51.50 – $55.50/hr







Position Summary

Our client, a leading energy organization, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join their team in Juno Beach, FL. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in project governance, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting. This role also requires demonstrated experience leveraging Power BI or equivalent BI tools for project tracking, and the ability to apply AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and decision support.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines, maintaining accountability across all workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverables
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and action items in a timely manner
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or comparable tools to provide clear visibility into project health, performance metrics, and milestones
• Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, meeting documentation, status tracking, and overall workflow efficiency
• Analyze project data and KPIs to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement
• Lead project governance and change management processes, maintaining clear communication with senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered with quality, accountability, and operational efficiency

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programmes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent BI/reporting tools
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, and project workflows
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• PMP certification preferred
• Six Sigma certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong command of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Data literacy, including KPI tracking, dashboard interpretation, and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with AI governance principles, responsible AI use, privacy considerations, and human oversight in business workflows
• Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled business transformation
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead change, adopt new technologies, and drive process improvement
