Monroe Consulting Group's Healthcare Division is partnering with one of Indonesia's leading private healthcare providers to recruit a Nursing Manager based in Bandung. This role will be responsible for leading nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, driving service excellence, and supporting continuous quality improvement across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
• Develop, coach, and mentor nursing teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and nursing best practices.
• Monitor nursing quality indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, competency development, and nursing performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's Degree in Nursing Management or Hospital Management is an advantage).
• Registered Nurse (STR active).
• Minimum 8 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a nursing leadership role within an accredited hospital.
• Strong understanding of nursing operations, patient safety, quality management, and hospital accreditation standards.
• Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
