About The Role:
AWX is seeking experienced Construction Labourers / Bridge Inspectors to join a structures team based in Nerang and surrounding Gold Coast areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work for approximately 12 months, working as part of a team inspecting and servicing bridge and road infrastructure.
The role will involve working predominantly night shifts and requires candidates who are comfortable working at heights and in a physically demanding construction environment.

Key Duties:
- Assist with bridge inspections and structures servicing
- General construction labouring duties
- Working at heights and from elevated platforms
- Assisting with maintenance and inspection activities
- Manual handling and physical labour
- Working safely around road and bridge infrastructure
- Operating an EWP where required
Key Requirements:
- White Card - Essential
- HR Truck Licence - Essential
- Current Driver's Licence
- EWP Licence - Essential
- Previous construction or civil experience
- Bridge inspection/structures experience highly regarded
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding outdoor environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Employment Conditions:
- Multiple positions available
- Immediate start
- Approx. 12-month contract
- Mainly Night shift work - could be rotating Day / Night
- Construction industry allowances applicable
- Overtime/penalties applicable where worked
