Apply direct- 负责Zoom Mail/Calendar/Scheduler产品的后端系统开发，参与构建新一代企业级通信协作工具
- 负责邮件系统、日历管理等核心功能模块的开发和维护，实现与Zoom平台的深度整合
- 运用微服务架构和容器化技术，构建灵活可扩展的服务体系
- 与全球团队协作，参与跨区域服务部署和运维，确保服务的稳定性
- 掌握AI coding编程能力，熟悉常用的AI编程工具如Cursor、GitHub Copilot等，有相应的AI编程提升项目效率的经验
- 熟悉Linux服务端开发，掌握多线程、网络编程、性能调优等技术
- 熟悉C++11/14/17、Java、Golang中的至少一种语言，能够快速理解复杂系统并进行开发
- 熟悉常用基础设施，如Nginx、Redis、Kafka、Elasticsearch、MySQL、MongoDB等
- 熟悉分布式系统设计理念，如CAP理论、一致性协议、负载均衡等
- 熟悉微服务化、容器化等现代技术实践，如Docker、Kubernetes等
- 了解常见云服务，如AWS EC2、S3、ElastiCache等
- 良好的英语听说读写能力，需与全球团队协作
- 熟悉算法（Transformer/Diffusion/RL）、工程（RAG、Agent）等至少一种前沿技术，并能快速落地
- 深入理解MongoDB，有大规模数据迁移、微服务架构升级经验
- 熟悉HBase
