Microsoft Platforms Technical Project Manager

Argyll Scott is hiring a Microsoft Platforms Technical Project Manager to join our consulting division in Singapore.

We are building our technology consulting team, and we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join us as a consultant, deployed on client missions. Your first mission is already secured: a global manufacturer running a portfolio of Microsoft workplace and cloud projects.

This is a role for a proactive project manager who wants to drive delivery forward, work alongside strong in-house technical experts, and build a long-term consulting career with us rather than move from contract to contract.

What you will do on the first mission

You will own a portfolio of small-to-medium Microsoft platform projects, delivered in parallel rather than as one large programme.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning, execution and closure of a portfolio of parallel Microsoft platform projects from initiation through completion.
• Drive delivery of Azure landing zone build-out (governance, networking, identity, guardrails) and workplace technology rollouts (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, Windows endpoint).
• Liaise with technical squads, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, vendors and Microsoft implementation partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation and budget estimates across the portfolio.
• Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, maintaining RAID logs and contingency plans.
• Provide regular, consolidated progress reporting to Group Digital leadership.
• Handle vendors and escalate the toughest delivery challenges to keep projects on track.
• Keep every project on time, on budget and to scope.

What we are looking for

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience, delivering multiple IT projects in parallel.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, ideally including Azure migration and landing zone delivery.
• A proactive, dynamic personality with the drive to move projects forward and the judgement to escalate early.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination and communication skills.
• Exposure to meeting room and AV technology rollouts (Microsoft Teams Rooms) is a plus.
• A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum) is preferred.
