This is a rare opportunity to practice Family Medicine in a well‑resourced outpatient setting, while also building an aesthetics component within your practice.
The Opportunity:
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine with the option to incorporate and grow aesthetics
• Manageable volume of 15-20 patients per day, allowing time for quality care
• 4.5‑day workweek with dedicated, protected administrative time
• Join a collaborative care model alongside 2 primary care physicians, 2 APPs, a general surgeon, and a physician‑friendly administration
• Medical Director role available for those interested in leadership and influence
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive guaranteed base salary
• $90,000 recruitment bonus
• $3,000 reimbursement for Texas medical license, DEA, and professional association fees
• 25 days of PTO
