Client is seeking a Systems Analyst to support digital communication solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft identity, authentication, and enterprise application integration. This role will bridge business needs and technical delivery by translating requirements into secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, developers, and end users to understand digital communication and identity-related needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
- Design scalable digital communication and identity solutions that integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure.
- Create technical documentation, including system diagrams, flowcharts, technical specifications, and user stories.
- Partner with development teams to support solution buildout, testing, deployment, and defect resolution.
- Ensure technical solutions align with design, security, authentication, and performance requirements.
- Support enterprise application integrations, app registrations, service principals, managed identities, and authentication workflows.
- Analyze user engagement, conversion rates, and related metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in digital communication and identity management.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- Systems analyst experience supporting technology solutions and business requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, formerly Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with hybrid identity environments using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra Connect or Azure AD Connect.
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Conditional Access Policies.
- Experience with Microsoft/Office 365 administration.
- Understanding of enterprise application integration, app registrations, service principals, and managed identities.
- Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, or LDAP.
- Ability to create technical documentation, user stories, system diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills or Experience
- Passwordless authentication experience using Windows Hello for Business, FIDO2, or Microsoft Authenticator.
- Self-Service Password Reset experience.
- Access Reviews and Privileged Identity Management experience.
- Microsoft Graph API experience.
- PowerShell automation experience.
- External Identities experience, including B2B or B2C.
- Exchange Online experience.
- Microsoft Intune experience.
