They are looking for a high-energy and ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead their growth in the Private and Independent Schools sector across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia.

Based in their convenient Mascot (Sydney) office, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new school clients and expanding their national footprint. This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact and own three major regional markets.

• Location: Mascot (5-minute walk from the train station)
• Salary: $100k + Super + OTE $130K (Uncapped)
• Sector: Financial Services 
• Working Model: Hybrid (Following probation)

The Role: Your Mission
In this dynamic and high-impact role, you won't just sell; you'll shape how schools manage their most important assets. Your mission will include:

• 🚀 Own and Drive the Pipeline: Actively hunt, prospect, and win high-value school partners, securing long-term relationships from day one.
• 💡 Champion Innovative Solutions: Simplify complex financial solutions and deliver compelling pitches to senior school stakeholders, including School Business Managers, Bursars, and Finance Directors.
• 🎙️ Be the Face of the Brand: Represent our cutting-edge payment solutions with energy and professionalism at national conferences and roadshows.
• 🤝 Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Head of Education and CCO to align your activity with regional growth targets.
• ✅ Ensure Seamless Activation: Guarantee a frictionless "Go-Live" experience for every new school you bring on board.

We are looking for a true "hunter" who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and possesses the passion to excel.

• ✅ A Proven "Hunter" (4+ Years B2B Sales): Focused on new business, results-hungry, and motivated to smash GP targets.
• 💳 A Payments/Fintech Expert: Deep understanding of financial solutions and the ability to articulate their value is highly desirable.
• 📚 Connected to Education (Bonus): Previous experience selling into the school sector gives you a major advantage.
• 💼 A Natural Negotiator: Possesses the gravity to communicate and negotiate effectively with senior finance stakeholders.
• 📊 Efficient and Detailed: Highly proficient in CRM (HubSpot) and the Microsoft suite (Excel/PPT) to deliver high-quality proposals and manage a weighted pipeline.
