We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in a true generalist role. This position offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to partner with leaders across the business, providing practical HR support and advice that helps drive positive outcomes for both people and the organisation.
Working closely with managers, you'll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, from coaching and mentoring leaders through performance and employee relations matters, to supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and wider people initiatives.

Working closely with managers, you'll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, from coaching and mentoring leaders through performance and employee relations matters, to supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and wider people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trusted HR advice and support to leaders and employees
- Coach and mentor managers through people-related matters
- Support recruitment activities and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, performance and development discussions
- Assist with policy interpretation and employment legislation advice
- Coordinate HR administration and maintain accurate employee records
- Contribute to people projects, workforce planning and process improvements
- Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Business Partner support role
- Sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation
- Confident providing advice and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across both strategic and operational HR activities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
