- Lead opportunity identification, pricing, and tender submissions
- Prepare competitive bids and negotiate contracts
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to strategic growth and revenue generation
- Drive delivery performance across projects and programmes
- Improve productivity and utilisation of labour and plant
- Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability
- Identify risks and implement cost control strategies

- Manage commercial and operational risks effectively
- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or senior commercial/project role within infrastructure, civil, or construction sectors
- Strong tendering, contract negotiation, and client management skills
- Demonstrated ability to improve financial and operational performance
- Experience working across project delivery and field-based teams
- A proactive, commercially driven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and risk management practices
