We are partnering with a leading Japanese MNC in healthcare and medical solutions, operating across multiple markets with strong links to a global headquarters. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the FP&A Analyst will support regional financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities while partnering closely with commercial and country stakeholders across the Asia region. The role is responsible for delivering sales, margin, and P&L analysis, preparing management reports and dashboards, supporting monthly and quarterly closing and consolidation processes, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
In addition, the position works cross-functionally to improve finance and operational processes, supports intercompany pricing analysis, and collaborates with regional leadership and headquarters on reporting requirements, business reviews, and corporate planning initiatives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 5 years of regional Financial Planning & Analysis experience ideally in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology sectors. You will need to have a strong analytical mindset and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, including gathering reports from various countries and presenting to HQ. Having experience in SAP B1 will be an added advantage.
