🚀 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Prepare and organize testing projects

✅ Schedule upcoming tests and testing activities

✅ Stage equipment and materials for testing

✅ Maintain inventory of test fixtures and lab equipment

✅ Assist Engineers and Technical Advisors with testing and data collection

✅ Record and document test results

✅ Help identify problems and support engineering solutions

✅ Assemble and execute validation testing procedures

✅ Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

✅ Perform additional duties as assigned

⭐ What We're Looking For

✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

✔ Ability to read and follow safety procedures and technical instructions

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Team player with a positive attitude

✔ Previous manufacturing experience is a plus

✔ Experience with packers, downhole tools, or oilfield equipment is preferred
