The industry moving toward affordable medicines, expanded population health access and HCP behavior transformation is reshaping how Pharmaceuticals organizations commercialize their products & deploy expenditure

I am looking for the best in class executive leadership across North Asia, to lead one of the most exciting industry transformations in Asia

As global MNCs streamline regional operations and tighten spend, mid-market agile players, generic leaders, and corporate spin-offs have a distinct window to capture essential market share.

This is your time to unify your entire Taiwanese, Hong Kong or combined North Asia focused leadership experience in Pharmaceutical Innovation, established and consumer active ethical channels to build a fit for purpose business that is better positioned to support the evolving Healthcare industry

The Opportunity

A full general management mandate across three of North Asia's most distinctive healthcare markets, held under a single cluster leadership seat. This is not a caretaker role. The business is looking for someone to walk in on day one already able to open doors, already trusted by the market, and already hungry to build rather than maintain.

You will carry full P&L accountability, sit as the senior commercial voice of the business across the cluster, and report directly into regional leadership — with a genuinely open mandate to shape strategy, team, and go-to-market model rather than execute someone else's playbook.

  • Full P&L & commercial leadership — across three markets under one cluster mandate — strategy, execution, and results are yours to own.
  • Development of a partnership model that actually drives revenue — in a market where traditional agency deals are limited, the real engine is high-trust, high-volume partnership commercialization for mature portfolios. Building and running that model — and the P&L discipline it demands — is central to the role.
  • New business development — personally identifying and closing opportunities through agency partnerships, in-licensing, and strategic acquisitions to expand the commercial footprint.
  • Governance and integrity, from day one — establishing the internal controls and "tone from the top" that let the business scale with confidence.
  • A high-performing team, built from a genuinely scarce talent pool — attracting people who are hard to find and harder to hire, and turning that scarcity into a competitive advantage rather than a constraint.

Why This, Why Now

My Client is specifically looking for their next calibre upgrade — someone whose ambition, intensity, and drive are a visible step change to their business. The Profile we seek will have the background as an exceptional industry player without exception, however the drive to scale and transform to capitalise on the market direction will be demonstrated in accomplishments and trajectory not just scale.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of senior commercial leadership in pharmaceutical or healthcare, with genuine P&L ownership — not budget management within someone else's P&L.

A current, active network in the cluster — relationships you could pick up the phone to tomorrow, not ones you held five or ten years ago.

Direct experience in partnership-driven or service-based commercial models, ideally including contract sales or distributor partnership structures.

A personal track record of originating and closing new business — deals you owned, not ones you supported.

Both sales and marketing leadership depth — this role rewards commercial breadth, not a single-discipline career.

A demonstrated step-up trajectory and the self-awareness and presence to lead through influence as much as authority.

About the Organization

Our client is one of Asia's most notable healthcare platforms — a multi-market, international pharmaceutical presence that is positioning itself deliberately at the fore front of the industry trajectory. It operates at genuine regional scale, with a reputation built on trust rather than transaction, and is now investing deliberately in the next generation of leadership for this cluster.
