We are currently seeking reliable and experienced construction workers to join a busy team working across major commercial construction and remedial projects throughout Darwin.
These are great opportunities for workers with a solid civil or commercial construction background who are looking for consistent work, with waterproofing experience highly regarded but not essential for CW2 positions.

$44.24 per hour + $24.21 daily travel allowance
CW4 Experienced Waterproofing Worker / Trade Assistant
$53.20 per hour + $24.21 daily travel allowance

CW2 Skilled Labourer / Trade Assistant
$44.24 per hour + $24.21 daily travel allowance
CW4 Experienced Waterproofing Worker / Trade Assistant
$53.20 per hour + $24.21 daily travel allowance
The Role
Working alongside experienced trades and waterproofing crews, your duties may include:
- General skilled labouring and trade assistance
- Waterproofing preparation and installation support
- Concrete and surface preparation
- Remedial works across commercial buildings, car parks and high-rise projects
- Assisting tradespeople with materials, tools and equipment
- General site preparation and clean-up
- Following SWMS, safety procedures and site requirements
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Current Construction White Card
- Previous civil or commercial construction experience
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Reliable and committed to full-time hours
- Strong understanding of construction site safety
Highly regarded:
- Previous waterproofing experience
- Remedial construction experience
- Concrete repair or surface preparation experience
- Experience working on Tier 1 construction projects
- Relevant construction tickets and licences
Hours & Availability
- Monday to Friday
- 5 days per week
- Overtime available and may be required depending on project requirements
- Saturday work may be required from time to time
