Our client is a global life insurance business, which has a long-standing presence and strong reputation in the Australian market. The business already has a large and established claims function (and support functions) and these new roles are designed to support the business, existing team and future growth.

Roles and Information:


  • Case Manager and Senior Case Managers
  • Group and Retail Teams
  • Salary range of $105K - $135K Package + Bonus
  • Hybrid working arrangements (2 or 3 days working from home)

Responsibilties/ Tasks:



  • Manage a portfolio of retail or group claims
  • Senior Case Managers manage a smaller portfolio of more complex and detailed claims
  • Work with empathy and understanding with claimants
  • Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
  • For Seniors, coach and mentor more junior claims consultants


If you have ife insurance claims experience (or potentially WC or Rehab) and want a change and to work for a growing business, then there are multiple roles. You will join teams with experienced and capable managers, and have the full support of a well-planned training and onboarding function. It's a time many are joining so you will be far from the only new starter.
