Onsite Supervisor - AVV4

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Supervisor to join our team at our client’s state-of-the-art facility in Craigieburn. This client is a globally recognised market leader and household name in e-commerce and innovation. You will play a critical role in managing the performance of both Onsite Consultants and warehouse team members while overseeing day-to-day operations.

We currently have 1 position available, covering night shift, Sunday - Thursday 7:00pm - 3:00am.

As an Onsite Supervisor, your responsibilities will include,

• Managing and overseeing the performance of Onsite Consultants and warehouse associates
• Addressing and resolving basic IR/ER issues
• Acting as the primary escalation point for our client for day to day queries
• Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Ensuring safety protocols and workplace compliance standards are consistently maintained
• Leading performance management activities and providing constructive feedback to drive team success

To succeed in this role, you will need,

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate team members
• Experience handling IR and ER issues, with a solid understanding of workplace legislation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage escalations and handle difficult situations
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
