We're partnering with a government agency to recruit an experienced Senior Infrastructure Performance Insights Specialist to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions that support critical infrastructure and asset management decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia's largest utilities, helping shape data-driven strategies that improve operational performance and customer outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver advanced analytics and Business Intelligence solutions that support infrastructure and asset performance.
• Develop insightful dashboards, reports and visualisations to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Lead the delivery and governance of Business Intelligence initiatives and analytics roadmaps.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovative use of data and analytics.

About you

You'll bring extensive experience delivering Business Intelligence and analytics solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Essential experience

• 10+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Performance Insights.
• Advanced experience with:
  • Power BI
  • SQL
  • DAX
  • Databricks
• Strong experience designing dashboards, reports and data visualisations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate data into practical business insights and outcomes.
• Experience working with data models, data governance and analytics frameworks.

Highly desirable

• Experience working with utility or asset-intensive organisations.
• Knowledge of Maximo.
• Experience working with asset, location, financial and customer data to generate business insights.
