Weighbridge and Security Officer

We are seeking a proactive and organised Weighbridge & Security Officer to join our operations team. This diverse role combines administration, first aid and emergency response, site security, weighbridge operations, and employee/contractor coordination.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace while providing frontline assistance to employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency response services.
• Manage incident reporting and workers compensation documentation.
• Assist with safety reporting, including near misses, incidents, and hazardous conditions
• Record and monitor incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Weigh and document vehicle movements accurately.
• Conduct inductions for new truck drivers.
• Provide site access and navigation instructions.

As well as this, you are required to coordinate contractors, assist employees with access issues and respond to emergency situations. 

To be successful in this role, you will require or have the willingness to obtain a First Aid Qualification and experience in workplace health and safety administration.
