We’re looking for an Assistant Quality Manager to support day-to-day quality operations and step up when needed. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and clear progression.

The Role

  • Lead the Quality function in the Manager’s absence
  • Run internal, customer, and regulatory audits
  • Maintain HACCP, Quality Systems, and Food Safety standards
  • Ensure full compliance with FSAI and industry requirements
  • Act as key contact for suppliers and customers on quality matters
  • Drive food safety, quality, and corrective actions on the floor
  • Support and guide the Quality team
  • Monitor standards, report issues, and improve processes

About You

  • Food Science (or related) qualification
  • Experience in food manufacturing quality
  • Strong HACCP and audit knowledge
  • Confident, proactive, and able to lead when required
